The Management Board of MPR “Sarmatia” sp. z o.o. informs about the completion of the spatial planning phase of the Brody – Adamowo oil pipeline project. Within the framework of this phase the route of the future oil pipeline was introduced to the Studies of Conditions and Directions of Spatial Planning and to the Local Spatial Development Plans (LSDP) of all 26 gminas on the territory of Poland, through which it runs. These gminas include: Horodło, Hrubieszów, Uchanie, Wojsławice, Leśniowice, Rejowiec, Rejowiec Fabryczny, Siedliszcze, Siennica Różana, Krasnystaw, Łopiennik Górny, Puchaczów, Town and Gmina Łęczna, Ludwin, Serniki, Ostrów Lubelski, Niedźwiada, Siemień, Milanów, Wohyń, Komarówka Podlaska, Łomazy, Biała Podlaska, Leśna Podlaska, Konstantynów and Mielnik. In the case of 9 gminas (Mielnik, Konstantynów, Leśna Podlaska, Biała Podlaska, Łomazy, Niedźwiada, Siennica Różana, Leśniowice and Uchanie), which did not have LSDP before or had only plans for a part of their territory, LSDP covering the route of the oil pipeline were especially prepared. The route of the Brody-Adamowo oil pipeline is planned as a 20 m wide strip within which the construction of the oil pipeline will take place in the future. As of 10.01.2019 all LSDP’s containing the route of the Brody – Adamowo oil pipeline were adopted by the Gmina Councils and published in the Official Gazette, which means that their execution became obligatory.

The spatial planning stage was conducted in close cooperation with local authorities, Regional Directorates of State Forests in Lublin and Białystok and the forest divisions. A public consultation was conducted within the framework of which numerous investor meetings were held with the residents of the communes covered by the investment. Most of the comments submitted by the residents have been taken into account to make the future construction of the pipeline as unobtrusive as possible for the owners of real estate that the route runs through.

The introduction of the oil pipeline route to the Studies of Conditions and Directions of Spatial Planning and to the Local Spatial Development Plans is one of the obligatory stages of preparing an infrastructural project and one of the conditions necessary to be fulfilled for obtaining a construction permit.

Taking this opportunity, the Management Board of MPR “Sarmatia” sp. z o.o. would like to kindly thank the Gmina Heads and the employees of the Gmina Offices for their productive cooperation in the completion of such an important stage. The direct contractor – Studio Plan Aleksandra Wiszniewska, deserves special words of gratitude, whose knowledge and experience became the basis for achieving success.

All LSDP’s including the route of the Brody – Adamowo oil pipeline will soon be made available on the Company’s website – in the Brody-Adamowo section.
