Changes in the Management Board of MPR “Sarmatia” sp. z o.o.

In accordance with the rotation mechanism provided for in the Company Agreement, from January 1, 2022, Mr. Teimuraz Gochitashvili, delegated to the Management Board by the Company’s Shareholder –  JSC Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation (GOGC), became the President of MPR “Sarmatia” sp. z o.o.
