The Brody – Adamowo oil pipeline project was one of the topics of the meeting of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland, Mr. Donald Tusk, with the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Mr. Denys Shmyhal, which took place on January 22, 2024 as part of the official visit of the Head of the Polish Government to Kyiv.

According to the opinion of the Head of the Ukrainian Government, Ukraine and Poland have a tremendous potential for cooperation in the energy sector.
The Prime Minister of Ukraine announced his willingness to start work on the construction of a new connector for the oil pipeline systems of the two countries. He also emphasized that the Brody -Adamowo pipeline may become part of a new oil transport route as part of the Euro-Asian Oil Transportation Corridor project.
