The Management Board of MPR “Sarmatia” sp. z o. o. informs that on June 27, 2024, the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the Company was held in Warsaw.
The Meeting approved the Management Board’s Report on the Company’s activities in 2023, the Company’s financial statements for 2023, adopted a Resolution on covering the loss incurred in 2023 and a Resolution on the continuation of the existence and further operations of the Company. By adopting resolutions, the Meeting granted discharge to the President and Members of the Company’s Management Board for the performance of their duties in 2023.
