Changes in the Management Board of MPR “Sarmatia” sp. z o.o.

In accordance with the rotation mechanism provided for in the Company Agreement, from January 1, 2025, Mr. Mykhailo Kravchenko, delegated to the Management Board by the Company’s Shareholder – Joint Stock Company “Ukrtransnafta”, became the President of MPR “Sarmatia” sp. z o.o.

Mrs. Bożena Knipfelberg, who previously was the President of the Management Board of the Company, continues to work in the Management Board of MPR “Sarmatia” z o.o. as a Member of the Management Board. z o.o. as a Member of the Management Board.
